Fantastic experience: Crossfit squad has excellent programming, knowledgeable coaches that ensure everyone is practicing good form and getting the most our of their workout. They have classes throughout the day and they are open 7 days a week which is rare for a crossfit gym. The owners are personable and professional. Great gym, I love working out here.

Fantastic experience: All of the staff is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful! I have taken the Peak Fitness class with Coach Justin on Tuesdays and Thursdays. He explains each exercise during the warm up and ensures that you understand each one before the workout begins. He also is able to provide some modified exercises, so you feel comfortable yet motivated throughout the entire workout. It’s one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to!
