Fantastic experience: My girlfriend has been going to RX 30 For a few years now, religiously 3 to 4 times per week. She finally convinced me to join a class, and I have to say it was a blast. Coach Carolin De La Rosa was very supportive and encouraging throughout the entire workout. If you are looking to get a good, quick workout in before or after work. This place is perfect.

Fantastic experience: The class was high-intensity and dynamic - the instructor played great music and I definitely pushed myself to exert a lot of energy during the various intervals. My arms definitely felt it for a few days after the workout! Would recommend the class to anyone looking for an all-around body workout!
