Fantastic experience: Best workout in LA

Positive experience: The front desk staff are not friendly. Most mornings i say Good Morning and i get zero response. It makes me feel unwelcome especially when they greet members they are friends with that come in RIGHT AFTER me. Doesn't EVERYONE deserve to be acknowledged? The Trainers are the saving grace, if they are hanging around the front desk then they say Hello to everyone. So, they are great but the FD staff needs to stop being so cliquey.

Fantastic experience: Love the energy of the people. Very Motivational. Reuben was a great instructor with a flare of good vibes. Highly recommend the place to try. This is my first time doing circuit training. Simple yet effective. It's one of those things people overlook until they try it.
