Fantastic experience: This gym is truly amazing, but what makes me give it a 5-star is due to the amazing spin class given by instructor Christina Fulton! Her dedication and energy is on a whole other level. Her classes and Crunch's environment definitely put it above the competition. Give Christina more classes!!! Way better than Soul Cycle!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at the Crunch Weho lots of equipment for every targeted body part. I can see they are doing some renovations and I’m sure it will be even better when I return to the Weho location. The staff is super friendly. Towels were readily available no having to wait too long for anything. Overall solid gym.

Fantastic experience: The West Hollywood gym chain is one of the top in the nation. It has an abundance of parking, two floors of equipment, and a variety of classes. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Even though I'm a member from another club in Florida, they make me feel like I'm at home every time I visit, which is usually once a month. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a problem with my Crunch West Hollywood membership, but their customer service was able to take care of it quickly and completely. I'm really pleased with Crunch!

Fantastic experience: The personnel are extremely amiable, and the gym is well-stocked with a wide selection of apparatus and kept spotless. It is a great bargain. Highly recommended for weight training and the like.

Fantastic experience: Thanks for enforcing that members wear a mask. All of the complaints on here, outraged over a minor inconvenience designed to keep people safe and out of the hospital is absurd. Just want to counter balance some of that nonsense. I feel safe coming here because you're taking safety precautions seriously. Thank you. Great facilities, very lgbtqia+ friendly, clean and clean.

Fantastic experience: I went here for a trial yesterday ! Casey was great and gave me a free pass despite being on holiday ! Clean gym lots of up to date equipment. Did a pound class! Dance and drumming ! Super cool !

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and a good variety of equipment

Positive experience: This gym is one of the best in the area, with a large and clean workout area with plenty of equipment. Unfortunately, it's a bit too crowded at the moment due to the influx of people from 24 Hour Fitness. There is a live DJ playing circuit music some evenings, so be aware of that. The locker rooms are nice, though the 24 Hour Fitness newcomers have been leaving wet towels around. The showers are great for a chain gym.

Fantastic experience: Big parking structure makes this place easy to get to. They provide clean towels in the front and offer a lot of weights and machines so you never really have to wait to use anything. There are 2 floors. Bottom floor had treadmills, a yoga studio, a clean bathroom and sauna. upstairs has a few different sections filled with .machines a free weights.

Fantastic experience: Nice workout space with good atmosphere. Friendly people that welcomes you on arrival. The equipment is top notch as well and clean.

Fantastic experience: You don't realize how important a clean gym is until you've been to a gym during a pandemic. I was at LA Fitness before and never again! I cancelled after my first visit to Crunch Fitness! The gym is always very clean, they have great equipment and free weights, the people are friendly, lot of sanitizing wipes stations, and everyone seems very respectful about wearing a mask!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Crunch Sunset since it opened around 1991. My gym is a important place to me. Finally, we now have the best manager ever (Michael Morawski) running this gym. Michael has brought about so many improvements & upgrades that were sooo needed at this gym. He has a genuinely terrific personality with warmth, friendliness & professionalism all the way dealing with people & problems that come along with his position at this high demand “flagship branch”. He is truly passionate about his job & it shows every time you approach him & the same attitude reflects in the new staff he has hired making it a great experience. Thanks & keep up the good work Michael.

Fantastic experience: I just moved to LA, and I was looking for a place to workout that was reasonably priced and in a prime location. This gym checks all the right boxes! Great ambience, clean space, functional layout, towel service, and an amazing staff. Rob and Mike helped me sign up, and they were so incredibly helpful and kind. My only complaint would be that the lockers in the locker room require you to bring your own lock. There is plenty of new technology nowadays where you can enter in a 4 digit combo to lock your belongings, but hopefully that will be updated in the near future. Other than that, I definitely recommend this place. If you’re looking for a quality gym in WeHo, this place is it!

Fantastic experience: I worked out here in 2017 (I'm a bit late to the review party, I know) and absolutely loved it! I even met some celebrity crushes there, which obviously is a plus. Only drawback is that it's always very crowded, but I guess that's to be expected considering the location. Also, you need extra strong willpower to succeed here - there's a massive McDonald's right across and pretty much every window overlooks it perfectly. ALSO, at some times they switch to Fox News on the cardio TVs, that should be a no-no in the current climate. Overall though, thanks for a great experience!!

Fantastic experience: Herman did such a great job on showing me all amenities, and give me an amazing deal on joining the gym rightaway. I love their classes so much. I've been in many other gyms in LA. And I can tell you cant find same classes anywhere but in Crunch Sunset. Never boring, instructors rock! Thank you Herman for making me come backagain.

Fantastic experience: I've only been because of Class Pass. So far, everything I've seen in the gym, is great. The front desk staff helped me find my classes and didn't try to sell me anything. The facilities are well kept and the classes are fun. They have a lot of variety for classes - I tried Diesel, Tread & Shed, and Battle Wave Ropes (or something). The names of the classes I think are hilarious but all were a good workout that challenged me in different ways.

Fantastic experience: A man by the name of Ebenezer Lembe went into this establishment in a rude and confrontational manner. When a friendly employee by the name of Omari approached him, Mr. Lembe started demanding a pass from the employee in an aggressive way. While the employee was doing his best to de-escalate the situation and handle multiple customers, Mr. Lembe would become more impatient and threaten the employee demanding to see his manager. Mind you, the employee was trying his best and did not deserve the harassment generated by Mr. Lembe. Granted, Mr. Lembe did not inform anyone that he was recording video live on YouTube in a private establishment, so one could argue that Mr. Lembe intentionally started a problem with the employee to generate content for his YouTube channel. Please be aware that Mr. Lembe does promote violence on his channel and will go after people who he feels have done him wrong. He is a danger to the general public.

Fantastic experience: My favorite gym.... I just feel comfortable here. So many very polite goal oriented people sharing a space. Great for noncommittal regular social friendships which are easy to maintenance.

Fantastic experience: Crunch by far is the best gym there is in West Hollywood! The moment I first stepped in, I had been given a taste of what it was like to be a valued member. My favorite I have to say is the hospitality of the employees, the hotel-like amenities come in second. Luis was such a patient and considerate sales employee. He made sure I'd meet my needs and expectations. Another star of Crunch is personal trainer Adam. Everybody loves him! He has great knowledge of what would be suitable for you and your body and gives a lot of tips on how you can maintain your routine even when you're working out alone. So if you're looking into getting a trainer to help you achieve your goals guaranteed, I recommend you go for Adam. I highly suggest you consider signing up because this place is a gem.

Fantastic experience: I have never fell in love with a gym until now! I only wish I lived closer.

Fantastic experience: Heavenly Place. It is my favorite place to be. I am walking to it to recover from my surgery. They are always kind. Even though right now, I can only use the elliptical machine for a few minutes at a time, I enjoy it.
