Fantastic experience: I’m visiting from out of town, and I absolutely LOVED the class I took here with Jayme! She was so encouraging of every single person in the classroom! She did a great job giving modifications for movements as well. Class was a killer workout but so much fun at the same time! Will definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Fantastic experience: Love power life and always have a great experience here. Favorite classes are sculpt and FIT, and really enjoy that with several options (Barre and Power 2 are also favorites) that you can really mix up your routine and challenge your body every time. Facility is very nice and the staff is always great. Glad I am a member!
