Fantastic experience: Great gym and great coaching! Cherlyn starts you off slow and works with you from the “Ground Up”! She teaches proper form, she is very encouraging and helps to motivate! Everyone there encourages each other! I highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a great place to find your healthy happy self this is the gym to go too . i abslutly LOVE working out at ground up fitness best coach EVER listen to you thourly teaches you step by step and does not just throw you in there to figure it out on your own . cherlyn is a blessing in my life and being able to work out at her gym is a blessing . highly recommend to check it out you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: 10 out of 10 I will always go back again. As a beginner, it tears you down almost to your knees but that's the idea. Makes me stronger with ever work out. Also makes you feel GREAT. The coach is amazing too! Not a bad thing I can say about it how she teaches and the workouts she makes us do.
