Fantastic experience: Sisu Strength Academy is great for families who want to give their children an artistic and healthy place for growing their creativity, to learn self-discipline, and to help them develop confidence and self-esteem. The director and the teachers have cultivated a supportive, positive atmosphere, a welcoming place that truly cares about children and instilling the love of dance.

Fantastic experience: Becoming a part of this gym and community is the best decision I have made! I did crossfit for 5 years and my body feels better and stronger than ever. The programming is thought through, planned and executed with intent and the why is always explained. The coaches actually coach as well as do the workouts themselves. We are held accountable to a standard of holding the line in training and a complete mind shift change. I love this place
