Fantastic experience: There is a great social dynamic and work ethic at Ring of Honor. Coach Mike is the best trainer I know; he is respectful, friendly, works with you directly no matter your skill level, and makes you feel like you are apart of a team. After coming here for about 2 months, I have learned and improved so much mentally, physically, and technically. Highly recommend to anyone who is even slightly interested in boxing or fitness.

Fantastic experience: My son (5) has been coming here for the past 3 months and we've seen such an improvement in his ability to pay attention and follow directions. The staff overall is friendly and helpful. Very family orientated environment. His coach is patient with him, she makes boxing fun but she teaches them real boxing skills and the kids love it. I'm excited to continue to watch him gain new skills. I would recommend bringing your kids or even yourself!
