Fantastic experience: The atmosphere at gryphon strength is incredible. The coaches Bryant and Amie are extremely knowledgeable and have become like family to me in a short while. I live 5 minutes from a gym and drive over an hour just to train there whenever I can.

Fantastic experience: I joined the team at 16yrs old coming from CrossFit, volleyball, and track. Bryant and Amiee are amazing coaches and comfortably got me to my first meets and Youth Nationals. They are quick to adapt to all types of learners and levels of athletes. Along with their coaching, everyone on the team is very supportive and it’s ALWAYS a fun time at our gym!!
