Flexibility in Flight

Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness. I literally just attended my first Lyra hoop class tonight and I’m already in love. Gwen, my instructor, is a hoop GODDESS! In addition to her absolutely mesmerizing moves, she’s an incredible teacher. She was able to challenge the more advanced students, who have been attending for months, while at the same time, giving me the attention I needed to feel competent and comfortable. Such an amazing experience… I will be a Flexibility in Flight student for life! ????

Fantastic experience: My second visit with my girlfriend to this studio as we were visiting her family in town and she could have not been happier. They have added classes outside in the patio which was a great touch specially in this beautiful spring weather! Place looks super clean and all the instructors were very friendly.

Fantastic experience: The small group instruction setting really helped my child to learn. I felt as though the environment was safe. I have taken my daughter to another aerial studio close by, but I felt there were too many children in the class for proper supervision. Also - this studio provided mats, making me feel safe about my daughter being on the silk. After class I noticed all the mats were wiped down. This boosted my confidence that the studio was clean, as the owner claims they focus on cleanliness.

Fantastic experience: I held my daughter's birthday party at the newly renovated Main Street studio. The instructors were great hosts and very helpful. Everyone had success on some level and had a good time "flying. If you're looking for a new way to celebrate, check out an ariel yoga party.
