Results Fitness - Open 22 years! The Original & Best!

Fantastic experience: This is my first Google review and am doing it because Results Fitness deserves a huge shoutout! I have been a member since 2016 and only regret is not joining earlier. When I read leading health and fitness magazines/articles , this gym is already at the forefront of the latest exercises and information. You see the owners walking around and working out with you! They offer programs throughout the year not just focusing on physical exercises but nutrition, etc. and the science behind them. Prior to coming here, I was inconsistent with coming to the gym and this gym helped me not just turn my health but my life around for the better! Kudos to the Results team!

Fantastic experience: Results Fitness gave me a personalized program that made me stronger, without injury, which helped my running. I look and feel better than ever. The coaching team is amazing and the ownership is professional and excellent! Results uses science and experience to develop a program just for you!! This is a gym for those who want to reach their goals!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Results for many years now and I can't believe I haven't written a review before this. I wish there were 10 stars to give. It is my home away from home. This gym has given so much to me. It has given me the confidence and the training to run half marathons, run in a bunch of fun 5K's, run mud races, Rugged Maniacs, and Spartan races. It is not like any other gym I have been to. It is more like family then a gym. I couldn't recommend it more!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. Knowledgeable, motivating trainers. It feels like family when you come in to workout. Trainers change your workout about every 4-6 weeks so it never gets boring. I give it my highest recommendation !!!

Fantastic experience: This is my Gym, at times my home away from home. I take mostly classes and they take in consideration your goals! so its not all Metabolic..they're making sure your are lifting too! When I can I get a Customized workout just for ME! that is written specifically for my needs, abilities and goals. Best of the Best work here and have worked here too! We as clients get to be the guinea pigs to some amazing work that gets featured in many books and magazines. worth every penny.
