Fantastic experience: I've been going for almost a month and have fallen in love! My flexibility has already improved dramatically (as well as my mile time!). The instructors all offer a different flavor but always incredible direction and dedication to each class. I feel I get full value from my membership cost and look forward to many, many more classes - especially hot yoga! Shameless plug for improved skin from these as well. Fantastic experience: I like going to hot yoga classes at Yoga8 on the weekends with Alex Sanchez! Yoga8 offers a variety of classes at various levels. Thankful for their service to the community through the ways they offer community classes and accessible yoga.

Fantastic experience: Kimberly Damm is the best. She really focuses on alignment and keeping you safe during your yoga journey. Love her practice techniques and cues, she is very encouraging.
