Gold's Gym Waco

Fantastic experience: Have been a member sometime now, I enjoy working out, I do miss the pool and some of the classes, but all in all even with the changes it's my go too. For the most part staff is friendly, used to be more engaging seemed to care more and be more enthusiastic some of the desk staff seem somewhat indifferent or preoccupied now days,, i used to know their names now not so much, no interaction. Miss seeing some of the members I befriended, but I am going at different times too now. The mgr is awesome.

Fantastic experience: I started at Waco Gold’s Gym a few months ago and I am very happy there. John Pack was my trainer and he not only instructed me about the machines but also how to advance on them. I also attend one of their classes. The instructors help all no matter what level they are at. They work hard at keeping the whole gym clean. And Ryan the manager checks on everyone and encourages them. This is a great place to help you to reach your wellness goals.

Fantastic experience: I am a 75 year old woman that loves Gold’s Gym! Can’t say enough about their manager, Ryan as he made my twin sister and me feel so welcome from the very first day that we joined. We had training for a few weeks by John so that we felt comfortable working out on the machines. All the employees are friendly and we enjoy how clean everything is. So glad we joined!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been with golds gym maybe over 10 years now. I watched different managers come and go . Ryan is by far the best manager yet!! He makes you feel welcomed and actually speaks to everyone ! The energy he has and bring everyday is positive. He recently resolved an issue I was having with my wife’s account and took care of us ! That’s what we hoped for and he did just that , now my wife has her membership again and was happy with how he handled us ! Good guy , he is turning gold gym around for the better ! Making it a good environment to be in again!!

Fantastic experience: This gyms atmosphere is definitely so different than many in the best way possible! The staff is very welcoming and caring about their people! They just simply want the best for everyone that goes in there! I asked some questions to the staff and they were upmost willing to help in anyway possible! Ryan has been amazing with assisting me to help me get to where I am trying to get to! I would 110% recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a new home gym to try out or achieve their goals!
