Fantastic experience: Okay, they’ve updated the weight room. I didn’t think it was possible to like the Y more. No dubious purple machines, no fake motivational slogans on the wall, a little warm, and no windows. The Y is just a dark windowless weight room as nature intended. Even the new equipment is black and dark tan. 100% more metal. You have benches, squat racks, bars, dumbbells, sensible machines for those inclined, and no crowds. Thinking about knocking off a star due to lack of hair metal blasting from a cheap boom box. Still, the best gym in town.

Fantastic experience: Fun place to hangout, and shoutout to this place for letting my school used their court for our home games after the city bought the Y near our school!

Fantastic experience: The front desk staff is friendly. I go for the pool. And live Becky's Tuesday/Thursday evening classes. The life guards, Piper and Will, are nice also

Fantastic experience: Post COVID- I go for water aerobics. They have an excellent safety protocol in place. Before entry, your temp is checked & you must sanitize your hands. Masks are worn anytime you are moving about the facility. The staff is amazing! They are doing everything possible to keep members safe & healthy!! I love my YMCA!
