Fantastic experience: Staff is great. Always very friendly and encouraging. The classes are challenging and different every time. From head to toe they will hit every body part. You'll be exhausted but feel great after every class as you work your way to becoming a better, fitter, and stronger you.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE RockBox fitness! It's always super clean and everyone is really friendly, instructors and fellow classmates alike! Josh always remembers my name when I walk in and I always leave literally dripping sweat. The 50 minutes flies by, and it's easily the best workout I've ever had!

Fantastic experience: I loved going here for the first time! My first class was free just had to pay for the hand wraps. It was so fun and I loved my instructor. This was my first time working out in a long time and I felt so great and energized after. The atmosphere was amazing I didn’t feel any judgement or felt awkward. They have a free class, so why not go. The instructors are very motivated and also modify the exercises to your needs. It's a very welcoming place.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently tried a class at RockBox Fitness VA Beach and we both had a great time. The class was challenging yet fun. Our instructor Jermaine was very encouraging and kept the class motivated throughout the workout. The next day we were sore in the best possible way. We’ll definitely return for classes when our schedules allow!
