Fantastic experience: Amazing classes and great value. A welcoming place for beginners and experienced people alike. Everyone in this community is a team player with a growth mindset and wants to see others succeed. It's also telling that the owner personally teaches many of the classes.

Fantastic experience: Uprise is not just a gym, but a community. Plenty of awesome instructors and people to learn from here. The owner, Pete, has done an outstanding job growing this into something amazing. I only train Jiu-Jitsu, but my wife trains Muay Thai. Give the free week a try. You will probably find me during weekend open mats if you want roll or chat.
