Fantastic experience: Great place to workout. Erin, the owner, trains me in private sessions that are appropriate for my age and “conditions”. A very enjoyable and fun person. The classes are well attended with great instructors. I look forward to my twice weekly workouts.

Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed my experience here at CrossFit Valley Center! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging which has helped me feel more comfortable working out! Fantastic experience: This is a full service gym. They have a ton of classes available, open gym times, personal training, nutrition counseling and are all around a really good group of people. I highly recommend to all my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Wasn't sure what to expect since I have never done CrossFit. I've been going now for 3 months and I'm hooked! I love it! The coaches are great, they teach proper form to avoid injury and are very encouraging. The gym and equipment is kept clean. I look forward to going every day as I'm feeling stronger and seeing results and it's just so fun!
