Great Vibrations Fitness Urbandale

Fantastic experience: I have now been going to Great Vibrations for 2 months. I absolutely love going here to work out! The exercises change daily, so you never get bored. The entire staff is amazing, they are there to help you succeed. I signed up for the 16 week challenge. So far I have lost 5lbs, gained lean muscle mass and lost body fat. You get a full body workout in a half hour. The unique thing about Great Vibrations, is the vibration plates. Half of the exercises are done on these. There are so many benefits to using these plates. If you are looking for something new and different, in a rut with your workouts, why not try out Great Vibrations? What have you got to lose??? I love the circuit training with a coach nearby to help with form and questions. And they serve amazing protein drinks with a smile.

Fantastic experience: Great clean place. I love that the classes are small and the trainers watch you to make sure that you are doing the exercise correctly. The scheduling is a perfect for my schedule.
