Fantastic experience: After having a kid, gaining my body back was important to me. I wanted to be strong, healthy, and confident to set an example for my girl as she gets older. I tried a couple different programs but Longroad is by far the best. The program is effective, affordable and team oriented. As a mom and business owner i also love the 5am workouts because it gives me the opportunity to do something for me when I'm not needed by anyone else. It's given me the strength and energy I needed to be a better mom and boss. I'd give 10 Stars if i could!
