Fantastic experience: I come here for the sauna and I have to say it's absolutely amazing and a huge part of recovery for me. I currently come once a week but I'm going to need to bump that up because I enjoy it so much! Alot of different programs to choose from and highly recommended!

Wonderful community and all the coaches are knowledgeable and have helped me tremendously to try and understand all the different moves and how to do them correctly. They offer a wide range of class times. And a free community workout on Saturday come check it out for yourself.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place to work out! Everyone is so welcoming, helpful and encouraging to one another that it's hard not to want to be a part of the community. I started out just getting the 10 day passes but then ended up joining because of how positive each person is in helping one another. It's hard to find that and I have lived in 3 different areas and been to many different styles of workout facilities.
