Fantastic experience: Jamie and Chris are amazing fighters, who are very dedicated to their craft. Chris provides a great introduction to Muay Thai and the basic fundamentals. Jamie then builds from that foundation. If you put in the work with them it will show you the results.

Fantastic experience: Really clean and staff is tremendous. They really work with you and help you go in the right direction. I've trained at other gyms and by far this has to be one of the best.
