Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic gym. At first I was very intimidated about not knowing certain moves or being able to be as fast as the others however all the coaches take the time to walk me through the steps and provide mentorship. The other gym goers are great as well and as an introvert I feel comfortable going to any class throughout the day knowing everyone there is welcoming. My only regret is that I didn’t sign up for this gym sooner.
