Fantastic experience: Owner was very nice and informative. Nice gym with lots of options. Very cool to have the 24/hr accessibility. The place was also clean and very welcoming. A little pricey...but worth giving a shot!

Fantastic experience: I followed Jon to Power and Exercise Fitness because He is the best stretch therapist I could find. I didn't even know Stretch therapists were available until a massage therapist that I go to recommended Jon. I wish I had known about Him years ago when I first moved to Tucson. If you are tight and stretching on your own just does not do it try Jon.

Fantastic experience: Lawrence is a great trainer and overall a fun and caring person. He listens and adjusts my workouts to fit my goals and address my injuries. He is fun too! I enjoy chatting with him during the workouts. He made working out as a mom easier by allowing me to bring my daughter in and setting up a little chair and Disney channel for her so I could focus and be uninterrupted. He maintains a nice clean gym too!
