Fantastic experience: Omg!!!! This place is amazing’ SILVIA is AMAZING! I am now 1 month post op bbl + lipo 360 & I showed up 2 weeks ago so swollen , in pain , & full of liquid. If it wasn’t for Silvia I wouldn’t be able to live with all this business going on with my body, she definitely knows her work and cares so much about her clients and their health. I will continue to come here (1 hour drive) even after my 3 months she is great and THE BEST!

Fantastic experience: As soon as you walk in the energy is empowering and soothing not to mention the amazing staff. They have everything from beauty services to body services (cupping therapy, massages, lymphatic massages). I personally received lymphatic massages from Silvia and they relieved the pain in my knee. I would highly recommend coming in for a welcoming experience !

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Flow Yoga for almost 4 years now and love it! The studio and spa are so calming and peaceful. They have classes for all fitness levels, beginners to advanced and everyone in between. Variety of class times to accommodate almost all schedules. The spa side, every room is decorated thoughtfully with relaxation in mind. If you’re looking for a great workout, a place to meet new people, or somewhere to relax and get a facial or massage, I highly recommend Flow Yoga + Wellness Studio.
