Butler-Mason YMCA

Positive experience: When I went to the YMCA last week to register my son for a fall sport a young lady told me I had to register him online only. I tried to register him online today, however his scholarship price was not available online, therefore I called the YMCA and another lady told me I would have to come to the facility to register. Since I work out of town, I decided to call back and spoke with Bridgette. Bridgette provided awesome customer service. She allowed me to register via phone since I work out of town and I would not have made it to the YMCA before they closed today.

Fantastic experience: Great place for relaxation with the children

Positive experience: There is a picture of the pool with people enjoying it at the top of the website. Below that is a schedule of times open. We came at 11:45 on Wednesday with children and were told the pool isn't open for the public until 1:00 As YMCA members we were very unhappy. It seems to me that you wouldn't want to make kids cry.
