Fantastic experience: This Boxing gym is , let me scream it , FAN TAS TIC !!!!! everyone is very helpful, best workout I have ever had ever. I am very much looking forward to working with them on my weight loss journey and I know this is going to give me the kick ummm punch that I need.

Fantastic experience: If you have children, stop what you’re doing right now and sign them up. What Coach Blue and his wife Nina are doing here is just amazing and it’s making a difference in the lives of so many young kids. Coach and his team focus on respect, work ethic and a never quit attitude that pays off in success. I have three girls aged 10, 8 and 6. They love coming to class and talk about it all week. The students all seem really close and always help one another be better. I can’t recommend this gym highly enough. If you’re an adult, the classes are some of the best workouts I’ve ever done. Not only does it keep you in shape, it trains your mind and gives you an applicable skill set. I quit going to a normal gym, try a class and see why.

Fantastic experience: Top notch. Awesome environment.This place is a gem. Kareem and Nina are amazing people. High level and personal instruction. My skill set jumped quick. Def worth checking out. I would recommend for people that have kids to send them here as soon as they are old enough to train as it could build an incredible foundation for them.
