Fantastic experience: This is a great gym with very knowledgeable and helpful staff with legit credentials. Sunshine, Daniela and the other members have all been very patient and helpful. Having a little bit of boxing and wrestling background making the switch to muay thai is quite a transition and these guys have been very helpful with helping me make the necessary adjustments. If you are looking for a gym where it feels like family and you're not just a number I highly recommend giving it a shot.

Fantastic experience: I trained with Sunshine and Daniella back when the gym was Best Muay Thai, and I recently got to see the new gym and what they've made for everyone. The email I got when Sunshine's Gym first opened included their mission statement: "Our goal is to maintain an atmosphere that includes and empowers every member to be a part of the team and to become the best version of themselves, in and out of the gym." I can say that they've stayed true to achieving that goal, and the atmosphere at Sunshine's Gym is what makes training there unique.
