Fantastic experience: Shoutout to coach Trevor and coach Rosenberg they are the best coaches in the state. Since day 1 it’s been a fun and challenging environment to be a part of. The motto stands true 1 year here equals 5 years anywhere.

Fantastic experience: I trained at this gym over the summer for a month and absolutely loved my time there. I have a recent background in BJJ so I took a lot of the grappling classes. The instructors were super friendly and helpful and everyone was extremely skilled. I also did a few striking classes that I enjoyed as well. Highly recommend going to this gym if you are in Phoenix. I would still be at this gym if I didn't leave the state.

Positive experience: The atmosphere of the gym was very accepting, regardless of your martial arts experience coming in. Coaches Steve and Tyler taught me many valuable skills throughout the 6-7 months attending the gym. I enjoyed the competition level from my training partners and always appreciated how more experienced individuals gave pointers to the beginners. I think it's a great place for martial arts enthusiasts or potential fighters to give a try.

Fantastic experience: The coaches here are all inviting, experienced, and invested in their students. The atmosphere is always positive; everyone comes to train hard, and the more experienced students are always prepared to assist and advise their newer team mates. All experience levels are welcomed and treated with the same respect.

Fantastic experience: This review comes from the heart. I love this gym. I wish I could live here. When I first came in, I was a young man scared of the world. While I trained here I was surrounded by knowledgeable, friendly people. Overtime I noticed my skills improve, along with my confidence and awareness both inside and outside the gym. If you’re looking to improve in the Martial Arts, or improve as a person. This is the gym to go to.
