Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely amazing. Since I started training with coach Rick I’ve been able to take off 42 pounds in 5 months and still losing. I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to this gym and now getting in fighting shape to compete! 10/10 would recommend. Come try a class. You won’t regret it. I didn’t.
