Fantastic experience: Max is awesome! Working out with him is fun, even though he constantly puts me through the gauntlet. I appreciate that he maps out all the workouts, so I don’t have to.

Fantastic experience: An all-star group of trainers that not only care about your physical fitness but you as a person. The gym is their expertise, but they are invested in your success. They consistently push you to be the best version of yourself inside and outside of the gym. In our current time, they are cautious and take appropriate steps to ensure each guest feels safe enough to work out and reach their MAX health goals.

Fantastic experience: Great, private personal training facility. Very clean. All the trainers are knowledgeable and have individual specialities so you will get someone who knows what their doing.

Fantastic experience: Great place for personal training and yoga! The yoga instructor Valerie is amazing! First time is even free!
