Fantastic experience: This is exactly what I was looking for and I love it! Great little community, good sense of team work in the classes, and instructors are very encouraging and take the time to give individual attention when needed (which I do!) Thank you thank you for helping me start breaking out of my COVID rut.

Fantastic experience: I'm a beginner at strength, I don't know the names of moves, I don't know the proper forms, and I get a bit confused sometimes moving from station to station. The trainers are kind and patient, while still pushing you. They also are non-judgmental which I love. I highly recommend

Fantastic experience: This is the best, intimate gym experience. Anyone and everyone will feel welcome here. The diversity in patrons is refreshing and will make both a seasoned athlete or newbie feel energized and accepted. The owner Unique, is authentic, caring and truly the most inspiring trainer I've had the privilege to work with. On days I don't want to go in, which is more often than I care to admit, I'm reminded in her voice, to stay committed to my commitments. Go here for a sweat sesh - that will definitely kick your butt, leave with new friends and a full heart.
