Fantastic experience: I chose to start training with Laila over 3 years ago because of her expertise on weight lifting form correction and her friendly yet professional approach. With her help, I have been able to make major progress in my weight lifting, improve general fitness, and overcome major muscular hip imbalances. Laila IS NOT a trainer who just tells you what exercise to do and how many reps as if you are just watching a Youtube video-- she provides VERY detailed form feedback like where you are placing the weight in your feet, how you are bracing your core, or where to place your hips. With Laila, you definitely feel like you are getting "your moneys worth" for every minute of your session. I have also lost over 10% of PURE BODY FAT (dexa scans) while increasing lean body mass by 15 lbs, have gained the confidence to walk into any gym and lift, and my glutes are bigger/firmer than ever. I really can't recommend Laila enough!
Fantastic experience: Laila is a fantastic trainer! Before I started training with her, I was tired just from sitting all day, my energy was always low. After a few months I am a much more healthy and confident person! Laila steadily built up my foundations, I really like how encouraging she is and how she pays attention to correcting my form. I no longer feel awkward when going to a gym, I have better focus and can move furniture around the house like it's nothing lol Laila also gave nutritional advice and was overall great to work with, definitely would recommend!
Fantastic experience: I have been training for 4 months with Laila. She is very knowledgeable about science behind the workouts and diet. As l’m a Beginner in strength training, Laila helped me a lot with my form and collecting feedback about routine, diet and workout homework. I can say that this is the strongest and fittest I have ever been.
Fantastic experience: Laila is the best trainer anyone could ask for. I've been seeing Laila for years and she always goes the extra mile to make sure I am focussing on the right form and working the muscle groups that I want to.. I've also had a couple injuries and Laila has always helped me work around them. She particularly finds alternate exercises that help me get the workout I want but also is gentle on my injuries. I am so gad I found Laila and look forward to continuing my fitness journey with her in the years to come.
Fantastic experience: Laila is extremely knowledgeable and super fun to work with. She is excellent at form correction which really helped, especially for a beginner like me. She suggests very good modifications based on your weaknesses, equipment available, injuries etc. She tailors workouts based on your needs and provides a detailed training plan. I’m a dancer and I trained with Laila to increase my strength and endurance. Her guidance really helped me get to the next level.
