BLUSH Boot Camp Lee's Summit

Fantastic experience: Blush Boot Camp is AMAZING!! I have not been going very long, but I know will continue to go. It has given me the motivation I have needed!!! I miss the days that I do not go and I look forward to the days I am there! The trainers are great!! So supportive and motivating! I will recommend BLUSH Boot Camp Lee's Summit to all my friends or any women that needs a little boost in getting started on a healthier journey!! Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: I love working out at blush! It is the only gym that i am motivated to come to! The trainers are amazing at pushing you and making sure you are using the correct form. Being an all women gym makes the atmosphere so inviting and motivational!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! The energy of the coaches is great, there are always new workouts to keep challenging myself, super clean, fun people to workout with and I’m seeing results! I have lowered my body fat 6% and increased my muscle mass by 3%. That’s huge for me because I’ve always worked out and try to eat pretty healthy. Highly recommend Blush Bootcamp!

Fantastic experience: I submitted an informational request on Blush's website on Tuesday, late morning. By that afternoon, they had already responded, and invited me to attend a session for free to see if I liked it. When I arrived for the free session, I was given a great tour of the facility, and all of the different package options were explained clearly to me. The class itself was great. The other participants were very friendly and the trainer had a lot of positive energy and she explained all the movements very well. As a beginner, I didn't feel overwhelmed. I was very comfortable and the workout was a lot of fun. I signed up for a membership and look forward to continuing to work out here!
