D1 Training Stevens Point

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a more structured workout experience that would push me more than I was pushing myself. D1 has definitely given me that experience! The coaches are great, and everyone motivates each other. I am so happy to have found this place. After 5 weeks I already feel better- I have more energy and feel (and am!) stronger.
