Fantastic experience: Empower has a wonderful atmosphere and is so inviting. All the ladies there seem to really love their job and go out of their way with a smile on their face! I love working out there and would recommend it to any woman looking for a great gym!

Fantastic experience: They have the best staff I love this gym because I can have a minute for myself my baby stay at childcare while I work out and they take really good care of them while I work out and do my exercises very professional people work at this gym and I love training with my girl Mindy she is amazing and I love doing the classes that they offer you for every day schedule ????????????????‍♀️????????‍♀️ come join us
