Fantastic experience: I have been going to Orangetheory for a year now and have never had a bad experience. I interchangeably use four gyms based on time and location between work and home (Springfield, Burke, Falls Church, and Seven Corners). The staff is always really friendly and willing to help. The coaches are encouraging and knowledgeable. And the workouts are challenging, what you put into them is what you get out of them. I love the atmospherics and friendliness of the other patrons. Fantastic experience: Great location and great staff - I've been coming here for 2 months now and have been very satisfied with their customer service. Becca especially has been very helpful and friendly and it's always great to see her when we go in. The coaches can be a hit or miss - some of the coaches will help you with your form and positions and some just don't care. It would be nice to see more consistency in that area.
