Fantastic experience: I don't normally like gym settings since I don't know how to use the equipment most of the time. But here you have someone guiding you the whole time while ensuring you are doing the workout correctly so you don't get hurt. Best part is if you are injured they will make sure to have other work outs for you to do. If you love to work out in class settings, and love a challenge this is definitely the place for you!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Crossfit experience. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and helped me improve in many areas. Great location, facility and equipment as well. I’ve attended crossfit locations in multiple states and believe this one is top notch.
