Fantastic experience: Strength Training facility in Smithfield, RI. Excellent staff of professional trainers. Not many gyms can offer you a plan that meets their clients personal needs let alone develops a 2 year plan for assisting you to meet your fitness goals when you sign up for a membership. I have had orthopedic issues that are disappearing with the assistance of this talented staff. The members are exceptional too. Everyone remembers what it was like their first day training which helps make newcomers feel welcome.
