Fantastic experience: The place is clean, trainers are informative, and everyone is friendly. Ton of equipment.. portable outdoor basketball hoop, beautiful boxing ring if that's your thing. I recommend booking a session with one of their trainers.

Fantastic experience: This place is such a hidden gem. The gym itself is perfect. Lots of equipment and ample space. The trainers are what make it superb. This is a welcoming environment filled with positive individuals dedicated to helping their clients build strength and feel empowered. I cannot recommend it enough

Shane and his staff of personal trainers possess a deep understanding of the body and the value of proper form... and they take all the time neccessary to ensure you will too. Very highly recommended on all levels... Just don’t be late for class.

Fantastic experience: A friendly, positive and motivating environment, open to all levels of experience. The classes are unique, you’ll never do the same workout twice! No big group classes where you’re bumping into the person next to you. You have plenty of room so you can utilize all the different equipment available in the gym. Give it a try!

Fantastic experience: Best gym I’ve been to yet! Nothing ever stuck for me when it came to working out and I finally realized it wasn’t just ME that was unmotivated it was where I was going that was all wrong. From the very moment I stepped foot in the Fitness Factory I felt welcome. I have always been interested in boxing and PUSHed myself to try it out. Shane (owner and boxing expert) introduced himself immediately and went over what to expect from his class as well as shadowed myself and partner the entire class so we didn’t feel lost. After taking that class I was hooked and I slowly starting trying other classes as well as personal training sessions and I could jot be happier. I found my place and I LOVE working out now.
