Fantastic experience: The staff is always friendly and very helpful, and it's never to crowed so you can get a good workout in!

Positive experience: This is a nice newer place with modern equipment but there are two things that I don't like. 1. There are only two traditional elliptical trainers and both are almost always in use. There are alternate elliptical type machines that people will use but only because the normal ones are being used. 2. The parking lot is very tight and with only one way in and one way out by the gas station on the corner it is not very convenient getting in and out.
