Fantastic experience: Perhaps the best local gym and club in Humboldt County. Great service and great culture and great staff. Low crowds and beautiful facility.

Positive experience: Great equipment, love the stylish interior and towel service . I don't understand how they think charging extra for the infra red sauna yoga (plus being required to buy their mats and towels) will result in people using it ... the door doesn't have a seal so 1 of the 2 maximum OCC people will not be hot enough (I barely sweat in there during our intro freebie even though the thermostat indicated about 122 degrees) and they use a video for the session rather than a person. If it was part of the membership fee, we'd use it. Maybe if it added $5/mo. At $25/mo plus we're not allowed to use our gear we have for Normal Hot Yoga ... no go
