Positive experience: I love the staff they are very friendly and helpful every question I've had they have been able to help or advise with, the price for the hours is pretty steep, but it's still the cheapest in town. The machines are very nice. The free weights are old and disproportionate, but they do get pretty up there in weight so that's a plus at least. The treadmills are comfortable but you cant exceed 10 mph without tripping a breaker, Which turns into me almost running off the machine at the end of my run. Over all good experience but could be better.

Fantastic experience: Very supportive personal trainers. Kelly is a world renowned bodybuilder and incredibly knowledgable yoga teacher.

Positive experience: A good solid gym with great bang for the buck. I work out there and it's always clean. The staff is good for beginners and intermediates. However, if you're expecting 24 Hour Fitness, and all those fun amenities, this isn't it. But you will get a great atmosphere where fitness is very important. There are few drawbacks for weightlifters such as the rule of not dropping weights hard on the floor. But for people who just want to get fit, this is the right place.
