Positive experience: Pretty busy in there tonight this is an extremely serious gym it's about the only real gym there's left anymore will real athletes go and train but then again you have new people who don't know much of anything who should be injuring themselves every workout within proper form I got to see that tonight a couple of blondes doing bent over rolls with the heads down which is the quickest way to have a lower back injury I guess I wasted my time by explaining to him the right way to do it cuz they went right back to doing it wrong I guess I should keep my 30 years experience massage therapy physical rehab work and knowing the body inside and out after 35 years of study to myself so when they hurt themselves it's on them anyway since they don't want to listen or improve themselves what can you do

Positive experience: Serious powerlifting gym hardcore bodybuilding gym just needs and mirrors around all the walls other than that awesome

Fantastic experience: Great place to lift weights. Nice variety of free weights, machines, and cables. The staff is friendly and makes sure the gym is clean and the equipment is in working order.
