Fantastic experience: Great facility to workout! The owner/trainer, Lisa, is very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is so encouraging! I have to modify some of my workouts due to having had 3 lower back surgeries, but that is what I find to be so amazing about CrossFit Sebring; everything can be scaled to your own fitness level!! The family that you gain is a bonus, also!! I would highly recommend anyone wanting to start their fitness journey or to just try something new and fun and break up your old routine, to give CrossFit Sebring a shot!

Fantastic experience: I went into baby bump imaging. I Didn't go to the gym but I had a conversation with the trainer and I absolutely LOVE HER ♥️. I can't wait to have my baby and start training with her to get my body back into shape.
