I came to BSA after leaving the Army with an ankle injury. Not only has Jeremy strengthened my ankle but I am in better shape than ever. One of my sons is now playing college football and continues to train with BSA. Great atmosphere and very motivational training. The owner and trainers are great to work with. The proof is in the results which are more than visible. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
