Fantastic experience: Doug has so much knowledge and has the great ability to push you to get more from your workouts. He is able to work around prior injuries/soreness and it is clear he has your long term health and wellness in mind. After a few weeks I have stayed with Doug's meal plan and the gains have been tremendous and the fat is melting away. I could not recommend him more.
