Fantastic experience: EnviroFit gym has been amazing. I have grown in mind, strength and stamina. Prior to joining, I was on the fast track of becoming overweight. When I joined every one of the training coaches at EnviroFit has taken me under their wing, and has taught me from the beginning; proper technique in lifting, circuit training and H.I.T. training, so I will get the most out of each workout without injury. Each class teaches something new, and never gets boring.
