Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Kalos Sthenos about three years and enjoy learning and working out here. The coaches are knowledgeable, professional and look out for their members best interest.I also appreciate that they have a diverse group from kids groups to senior. If you’re looking for a nice gym and great community this is the one.

The owner John is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness and nutrition. Additionally his two assistant coaches are awesome. The atmosphere is encouraging and inviting. Fantastic experience: Coach John, Cheryl & Lauren makes this place my home away from home. Friendly members and atmosphere, we all have different levels of physical condition but we all inspire and push each other to meet our goals. They keep you on your toes! Exciting, entertaining, motivating, it becomes a healthy addiction of wanting to keep progressing, faster and stronger. First class training, I went from 205 to 165 over a 5 month period with their nutrition programs. So it's absolutely the best bang for your buck in personal training in Santa Clarita!
