The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and there is always someone in there to help you, we're speaking about the clients that's been training there for years ( They are always willing to help you train, so that you can achieve your goals. How many gym's anywhere can you receive that kind of welcome feeling by a person who is there to do the same thing that you are (Workout). The owner is a professional bodybuilder, and charges an affordable fee to train the ones that are seeking or wants to be a professional bodybuilder themselves. James Brown (The Owner) is a certified professional trainer that doesn't give up on his clients.
