Fantastic experience: Hayley, the owner, is a spiritual, magical, and whimsical fairy! She motivates and encourages you and her instructions are very clear! It was my first time doing a trampoline class and I had so much fun because Hayley was having a blast! Her energy is contagious! Can't wait to go back! FYI, they are moving to a space in the same complex just across the Kroger parking lot. Also, look for the disco ball above you. Such a fun touch!

Fantastic experience: The instructors are wonderful and the classes are so fun! Each class is taught with high energy, enthusiasm and an amazing playlist. There are options to modify each move so that everyone can work at any level and meet any need that works for them! I love working out here and always feel so much better when I leave. Time just goes by so quickly while in class and I leave knowing I did something great for my body. It’s a positive, welcoming atmosphere - the workouts are amazing.
